A photography exhibition showcasing members of GLAM and the wider University of Oxford from historically underrepresented groups.

Other Than Oxford is a public engagement project supported by the University’s Van Houten Fund. Developed in collaboration with GLAM, the Radcliffe Science Library, and Reuben College, the exhibition reflects a shared commitment to inclusion and representation.
The project is a photography exhibition showcasing members of GLAM and the wider University of Oxford from historically underrepresented groups, celebrating the breadth of identities within our community.
By sharing these stories, we hope to reach the wider Oxford community and inspire people to see themselves applying for roles across the University — whether in professional services, academic posts, research positions, or studentships. In this way, the project offers an aspirational window into what a future at Oxford could look like.
Join us for the opening of this free exhibition on Thursday 26 February, 15.30–19.00, at Fusion Arts, 15 Park End Street, Oxford (near the railway station).
