Witness the beautiful collaboration between @oxfordbrookesfad , @molalocheconcepts , and London-based printed textile designer @chrisanna_london @amyharrisknits This project has resulted in a mesmerizing collection of printed textiles that narrate the story of Oxford to the people of Lagos, Nigeria. Finding Our Way:
Embark on a research collaboration between @oxford_uni and @oxfordbrookes art foundation students with Unlock the Chains Collective. Discover the African-Caribbean experience in Oxford through mesmerizing performances and envision new ways of creating and embracing archives. One highlight is a series of ‘wearable archives’ crafted by the artist and lecturer, @rachelbarbaresi . These thought-provoking pieces bring together post-war tourist ephemera, contrasting the challenges faced by Oxford’s Windrush generation with the absence of archival records.
