We’re still figuring out 15 Park End Street—and honestly, we kinda love that it’s always changing.
It’s a big space, and there’s a lot to do. Bit by bit, we’ve been painting, shifting, sweeping, and constantly dreaming. But then April rolled in, and suddenly we had 10 days to transform it from a nearly-empty shell into a buzzing venue for a creative gathering. No big deal, right? 😅
We pulled it off—with loads of help and even more heart from the Fusion Team and partners.
Earlier this month, we threw a celebration of Creativity, Community & Change—a joyful gathering of global changemakers, creatives, and cultural leaders. We hosted the night with the incredible people from Sidebar, Moleskine Foundation, the Creativity Pioneers Fund, Skoll Foundation, IRIS, Ford Foundation, and LAGO Collective—bringing together Skoll delegates and creative community members from all over.
To create a space worthy of the night, the front of Park End Street—previously used for exhibitions—was transformed into a bar and welcome area, with drinks served up by the amazing team at Tap Social Movement. Sofas, plants, mood lighting, and projections created a relaxed, immersive vibe. The main body of the building came alive with music, featuring DJ sets from Jail Time Records, Bridges for Music, and the sound system was provided by Inspire Sounds. Our tiny, slightly chaotic front office was transformed into a cloakroom for all the spring jackets and scarves. We transformed every corner of the space into something a little magical - though rough around the edges in true Fusion style.
The House of Creativity at next year’s Skoll World Forum will be a space for change makers and creative minds to connect, reflect, collaborate, and showcase the vital role of creativity in driving global transformation.
As a nod to the launch of the House of Creativity - we set up a big statement panel at the centre of it all. It was a great selfie spot, but also a reminder of the power of creative spaces in building real, lasting change.
The projections on the walls featured work from Creative Pioneers - Skateistan, GOODLand and others. Do check out their work.
The House of Creativity will be a place where art, ideas, and people collide in the best possible way.
A huge thank you to Seth, Adama, Daniele, and the whole Moleskine Foundation team for your energy, vision, and partnership. We’re especially proud that the legacy of this event will include lasting infrastructure—with accessible facilities soon to be installed at Park End Street.
And thank you to the whole Fusion team—thank you for rolling up your sleeves, staying late, and putting so much care and soul into this place.
Watch this space. We’re just getting started.
—Team Fusion 💛
