Monsters Galore
The Parasol Project is an Oxford based charity committed to redressing the balance for disabled and disadvantaged children & young people experiencing social exclusion. This summer a dedicated team at Parasol and Artists from the Fusion team have been providing brilliant workshops for 5-19yr olds exploring the wonderful world of monsters, mythology and make believe.
In summer 2022, a dedicated team at Parasol and Artists from the Fusion team have been providing brilliant workshops for 5-19yr olds exploring the wonderful world of monsters, mythology and make believe. During their 6 weeks together they have produced screen prints, masks, t-shirt stencils, film posters and more. Their results will be on show alongside other brilliant community projects.
The Parasol Project was established in 1991 by a group of professionals working with disabled and vulnerable young people in response to the lack of inclusive play and leisure activities within Oxfordshire.
‘Monsters Galore’ was on display in the #WindowGalleries from 12th September 2022 to the 7th October 2022.
