Morning yoga session with Laura. An intuitive and grounding practice that is both nourishing and strengthening. Students are guided and encouraged to tune into their bodies’ needs and explore movements and stillness with compassion and tenderness.
Self-enquiry, somatic movements, meditation and vinyasa krama are all interwoven to create and develop a practice that meets the individual needs of each student. Every class closes with deep relaxation allowing students the space and time to feel fully restored and rested.
