As part of Oxford’s Light Festival, people living nearby Florence Park are invited to ‘Finding the Light’- come and see your local park light up!⠀
On the 20th November 4:30 - 9pm FloFest and Fusion Arts will be bringing Finding the Light into Florence Park itself for the first time ever!⠀
The Bandstand field is where all the action is taking place: there will be magic amongst the trees, plenty of lanterns on display and there is even going to be a laser show by awesome GloFest DJ James Ussher – it is not one to be missed.⠀
There will also be a Community Lantern Patch where you can add your homemade lantern (and take it home at the end of the night). The only requirement is that your lantern must be able to be stuck in the ground so that it stays put, or has a sling attached if you would like it to hang from a tree!⠀
Please bring a torch, or, even better, light yourself up! You could use lanterns, fairy lights or bike lights ⠀
Free & family-friendly. Drop-in, no booking required.
